We have a 60 day Return Policy, No exceptions.

There is a 20% restocking fee on all parts that were shipped correctly (waived on exchanges), buyer pays return shipping.

Important!  We do not accept returns on previously installed electronic parts.  If you install these parts for any length of time, credit will not be given for the part. 

A RMA # must be obtained prior to returning any part.

All items being returned must be in their original packaging and accompanied by any instruction manuals and other paperwork. All items must be in a brand new (without signs of installation) and resalable condition. All parts are inspected for signs of installation upon our receipt of them. (Note: Parts that have physical evidence of being installed may receive a 50% refund at our discretion.

The customer is responsible for all return or replacement shipping charges including insurance. However, we will reimburse the return shipping charges (least expensive available) for incorrectly shipped items. Original shipping charges are not refundable unless the part was shipped incorrectly or damaged in transit. We recommend that the customer insures items being returned. Items being returned which are lost/damaged in transit are not the responsibility of the seller.

If an exchange is desired, simply purchase the correct part and we will credit the cost of the previous sale when the part is received back in new condition.


Refunds will be issued at our discretion. Shipping refunds are no applicable to the following:

  • Expedited/Priority Shipping (1 to 4 business days) ($6.95) if the item was shipped same day as placed and placed before 12pm Eastern Time
  • UPS 2nd Day Air (3 to 4 business days) ($9.95 - $14.95) if the item was shipped same day as placed and placed before 12pm Eastern Time
  • Express Shipping (1 to 2 business days) ($29.95 - $39.95) if the item was shipped same day as placed and placed before 12pm Eastern Time
  • INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: if the item shows as delivered per the Tracking Number, we cannot issue a refund for the shipping. Shipping is a service and if the item was delivered, then the service was rendered, therefore, we are unable to refund for services rendered.

When we've received and processed the return, we will refund the applicable amount minus the shipping service, any restocking and recovery Fees for the amount you paid for the item(s), plus any applicable sales tax. Returns are normally processed within 5 days; however your bank may not release the funds back to you for two weeks or more depending on their policies.

Defective items

All defective items or reported to be defective must be sent back under the buyers expense for an exchange. If the item is determined to be defective by our service center then we will provide a shipment reimbursement. No fees will be associated on defective items and item(s) will be reshipped for no additional costs.
