How do I order parts?

Parts can be ordered through our website.

Are all the parts you sell new?

Yes, all parts that we sell are new.

What credit cards do you accept?

We accept Discover, Visa & Master Cards, PAYPAL

How do you ship orders?

All orders are shipped via USPS, UPS and FEDEX. Express options are also available.

Can I check or track an order after it has been shipped?

Yes! Once we ship your package, you will receive an email with the tracking information.

Can purchased items be returned?

Yes. We have a 60 Day Hassle Free Return Policy!

Did you receive what you ordered?

If not, please contact us first. We do not charge any fees on items that are not as described or not as pictured. If it is our error, we will pay for all charges associated with correcting the order.

Is the item defective or broken?

If so, contact us and we will either process a warranty claim or defective claim. Some fees may apply. Contact us for details

Did we send you the wrong part?

We will pay for shipping for the part to be returned if you have contacted us before purchasing the part to confirm that the part you are ordering is the correct part according to your model number per the manufacturer.  If you order the wrong part without checking with us first you will be responsible for the cost of return.

Is the item the correct part type, but different part number?

If yes, then the part may have been updated by the manufacturer. If you have any questions please contact us.

What is the dimetions, measurements, for the part?

We do not give measurements.
